Welcome to our Home Building Site

We are happy to invite others to share in our building progress, as slow as it might seem to others, we can look back at the beginning and remember all that has been accomplished so far. There is so much to the building process that most people don't see. We have witnessed every single board, nail, screw and peg that has gone into it. This house can truly be called a "Labor of Love". We have done most of the work ourselves and served as our own general contractor for the aspects we could not do ourselves.

Moving along; slowly but surely...

I can't believe it's been so long since I posted. There is never enough time in the summer to do all that we intend to do. I have failed to document every aspect of the build, much to my regret, but here are some of the photos I managed to get.
